This series of pallet wrapping machines does not use sliding contacts for transferring electricity to ring rings. On the ring there is an innovative circuit for unwinding the film, which is powered by a battery. Charging the battery takes place in the ringing phase of the ring from the main power cabinet of the machine. The described technical solution eliminates sliding contacts and therefore the reason for frequent machine downtime, while reducing the weight of the ring and providing an excellent balance of the ring.
The power consumption is therefore small, the reliability of the machine and the long service life are high.
