The S7 robot is a machine suitable for wrapping pallets of different sizes and weights with stretch film. Up to 250 standard pallets can be wrapped with a single battery charge.

Multi-level control is a new solution in the field of pallet wrapping. The function can be selected on each of the wrapping programs. The height of the product is divided into 5 different levels. For each level, it is possible to determine the thickness of the wrap, the level of tightening and prestressing, the speed of the rotating plate, reinforced wrapping, the speed of the foil cart, the formation of the rope… But that’s not all. The 5-level values can be determined differently to raise or lower the foil cart.

Multi-level control allows significant savings in foil consumption, increases the stability of the load and reduces the time required to wrap the pallet.
